Hybrid Flow

Integrations

Make Shopify part of one connected operation.

We connect Shopify with the systems that run the rest of the business. Orders, stock and product updates move automatically, and reporting no longer depends on copy and paste.

An integration may involve a warehouse, finance system, product information platform or a tool unique to the business. We understand that integrating systems isn't always as clean as it looks on the surface; scalability is essential, as are backups and fallbacks in case something stops working.

We add validation and an audit trail as we build. If an outside service is slow or down, retries and alerts help the team pinpoint the exact cause, and then recover, and we stay ready alongside our partners to assist in case we're still needed.

Shopify inventory integration · Tradebyte · Zalando

Keeping byBiehl’s Zalando stock in sync.

We built, tested and deployed a service that checks Shopify inventory every five minutes, converts it into Tradebyte XML and sends scheduled updates to Zalando.

The difficult part was making two systems that organise stock differently agree on exactly which product and variant each quantity belonged to. A small mismatch could advertise something that had sold out or hide stock that was still available. We built a careful translation layer between Shopify and Tradebyte, then tested the full flow before deployment so Zalando received the right quantity for the right item.

A simple Shopify Polaris control lets the team start or stop the service. Its status is retained between runs, keeping the sync visible and controllable.
